The McHenry County Workforce Investment Board has created the Strategic Plan linked here, which is a guide to the WIB's direction and operation over the next two - three years.  It outlines what the Board wishes to accomplish, and how it will address specific and important workforce issues.  The Board will update it as it is deemed necessary.
