Maternal Child Health Services
Services include an array of programs with the emphasis on improving the health and birth outcomes of low income and Medicaid eligible women, infants and children of the County. Programs include: Women Infants and Children (WIC) program, Case management services, clinic services, pregnancy testing and women's health care. As an active member of a strong community healthcare network, referrals for additional services can be provided if a need is assessed. All services are strongly focused on educating families and enabling them to become responsible for their health care and that of their children.

Clinic Services
- FAMILY HEALTH - examinations for women, pregnancy testing, STD testing for men and women, family planning
- WELL CHILD - physical exam, developmental screening, referrals, immunizations, lead screening and testing
- IMMUNIZATION - provides scheduled vaccines for children beginning at six weeks of age through 18 years old for uninsured, Medicaid/All Kids recipients and those with insurance that does not cover immunizations
- DENTAL - screening for children at eruption of teeth through six years of age
Family Case Management (FCM) program provides support for pregnant women, infants and children with high-risk medical conditions by encouraging early prenatal care and making referrals to community and social services
WIC (Women Infants and Children) -
supplemental food and nutrition program for pregnant, post partum and breastfeeding women, infants and children to age five (5), funded by the US Department of Agriculture and administered through the McHenry County Department of Health
ALL Kids/Health Care -
program that provides uninsured Illinois children with comprehensive healthcare
