2013 Spirit of Public Health Award Recipients
Nominations for the Spirit Award were received from the public to acknowledge those individuals whose efforts make McHenry County a healthier place to live. Left to right, Dr. Richard O. Cook, Mercy Health System, for his dedication to healthcare for women and children through the Family Case Management Program , Aidan Donahoe, a high school student/volunteer, for his involvement with the recycling program at the Family Health Partnership Clinic and Jim Tomasek, Assistant Director at Friendship House, for his commitment to children’s health and fitness education.
