MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE:

Chief Executive Officer for Multimedia Trading Company, Inc. from 1988 to 1998. Developed, opened

and expanded six video rental superstores and three music stores in Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin. Responsibilities covered site selection, negotiations and preparation of leases, store design, fixture design, supervision of information system, inventory control, radio and print advertising, chairman of marketing cooperative, creation and facilitation of customer service seminars, hiring and testing of management, security systems design.

LEGAL EXPERIENCE:

Six years with the McHenry and Cook County State's Attorneys Office from 1968 to 1974. Assigned to Narcotics Court, Juvenile Court and multiple Felony Trial Courts.

Co-Founding and Managing Partner of Boback, Bianchi & Simko, Ltd., (1974 to 1988) specializing in personal injury, real estate and business litigation; Prosecutor for Village of Barrington Hills; opened, developed and managed Florida office.

Attorney at Law with the Law Offices of Thomas Popovich in McHenry from 2001 through 2004, specializing in Personal Injury and Wrongful Death litigation; 1998 to 2001 attorney with the Woodstock firm of Caldwell, Berner, & Caldwell handling Civil and Criminal trial work.
