Once you have demonstrated work readiness, a paid internship can provide you with an opportunity to earn money while gaining work experience and new skills. A Youth Workforce Specialist will work with you to determine what type of work site best fits your needs and interests. Once you begin your paid internship, your Youth Workforce Specialist will remain in close contact with your work site supervisor and you to monitor your progress and help you realize your goals.
