The Planning, Environment, and Development Committee of the County Board has put forward a set of amendments to the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) to the Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) for a public hearing, review, and recommendation (see below).
The proposed amendments have been reviewed, and the ZBA's recommendations now move to the County Board for consideration, tentatively scheduled for the following meeting —
- Agenda for the March 19th County Board (available starting March 9th)
Previous reviews of the amendments were on January 10th , 11th and 17th . These were informational meetings to familiarize the ZBA with the changes prior to opening of the public hearing. County staff had presented the amendments and answered questions as they arose. The meetings were open to the public to attend, ask questions, and make statements. Public testimony was taken at the public hearing held on January 24th and 25th.
