Open Enrollment for Marketplace Insurance ended on February 15th, 2015. You still may qualify to use the Marketplace to get a health insurance plan if you meet certain criteria including having paid a penalty on your 2014 taxes and wanting coverage for 2015 (March 15 - April 30 2015) and other Life Event qualifiers detailed here.
